Deposit: A deposit of one-nights stay is required to hold your reservation. In exchange, we remove your unique room from all marketing and from our availability calendar.
Limitations: The maximum occupancy is 2 people per room.

Children: Regrettable, our facilityis not equipped to accomodate children under the age of 12 years.
Pets: For the safety of all our guests, pets are not permitted.
Smoking: The Wilson House is a non-smoking property. There will be a $250 penalty surcharge applied to your stay for smoking of any kind anywhere on our property.
Damages: Guests are responsible for replacement cost for missing items or repair for any damage to our property or furniture beyond normal wear and tear.
Cancellations: When a guest makes a reservation for a stay at The Wilson House, we agree to turn away all other requests for the unit you select and you agree to pay the rate quoted for the number of days you reserve. Because of our size, location and demand for our luxury rooms, cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. Any cancellation within 5 days of the arrival date will result in the guest being held financially responsible for the entire stay. Day of arrival cancellations, no shows and early departures are liable for the entire stay.
We cannot be responsible for unused nights due to late or canceled airling flights, family emergencies, threat of bad weather and other travel-related mishaps, or for changes in plans which shorten your stay.
